The key issue: New FSRU player KARMOL plans to install its first LNG-to-power vessel in Mozambique, while Beluluane Gas Co. is planning a major LNG import project to supply Mozambique as well as neighbouring South Africa.

Interfax analysis: Players from across the LNG industry are looking at ways to capitalise on Mozambique’s booming gas sector. And two new projects could mean Mozambique will start importing LNG as soon as next year.
